Bobby Watson

Internationally renown jazz saxophonist Bobby Watson (http://bobbywatson.com/) is also an composer, arranger, band leader, producer, and jazz educator. Watson has performed and recorded with jazz's "Who's Who," including Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers (1977-1981), Lou Rawls, Betty Carter, Max Roach, and Wynton Marsalis. 

He is currently the William D. and Mary Grant / Missouri Professor of Jazz Studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC)'s Conservatory of Music and Dance.
