In addition to physical assistance with tasks such as retrieving materials from the stacks, searching the library catalog, and filling out interlibrary loan requests, the Accessibility Unit of FSU Libraries can assist you with finding and using the resources you need to be successful during your time at FSU
Lindsey Wharton is the Extended Campus and Distance Services Librarian as well as the Social Work Subject Librarian at FSU Libraries. Before joining the team at FSU, Lindsey worked as a librarian at Florida Keys Community College in Key West. As a Tallahassee native, Lindsey enjoys the beautiful landscape of North Florida, reading long books, and walking her dog on the many trails of Tallahassee. The things Lindsey loves about working at FSU Libraries are providing students with thoughtful and personalized research consultations, the fourth and fifth floors during break weeks, campus feels when the whether turns cooler after a seemingly neverending summer, my amazing and inspiring colleagues in the library, and students who ask questions and/or applaud after library presentations.
Sean Hogan is the Distance and Accessibility Services Library Associate (DASLA, like Dazzla) at FSU Libraries. In addition to being enrolled in the FSU information science graduate program, Sean plays bass in a couple of local bands and instills terror in local computer systems. As a Tallahassee native, Sean enjoys local vegetarian cuisine, hanging out with his Great Dane, Goliath, robots, terrariums, and creating masterful art using glitch techniques. The things Sean loves about working at FSU Libraries are the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie, using instructional media to engage students with library resources, and all of the coffee.
