Campus Circulation Committee: Campus Partners

Policy/Procedure repository for the campus circulation committee. Includes differences and similarities between the various campus library circulation functions, and acts as a record of decisions and changes.

Overview

Some campus entities do not get library access automatically. Their members/employees/researchers sometimes need the ability to check out items from the various libraries on campus, and we therefore create special borrower and courtesy accounts as needed. Please list the organization, and include a short orgnanizational description and their URL with the Aleph status and a scanned copy of a letter from the organization requesting access they should be given in the central column of this area.
