FSU 3D Printer Directory

This guide can be used to find more information about the 3D printers on and off FSU campus.

The FabLab is a makerspace available for use by students and faculty in the Fine Arts program, including all students enrolled in a Department of Art course. Users are given an orientation and encouraged to explore the technology through their coursework. Check out their website for more information.

3D Equipment:

  • Makerbot Replicator 1
  • Makerbot Replicator 2X
  • Prusa i3 MK2 (coming soon)
  • FormLabs SLS printer (for a price)
  • Materials: ABS, PLA, and resin
  • 3D scanner

Other Equipment:

  • Laser cutters
  • Vinyl plotter

Additional Details:

  • For Art students (those enrolled in an art class) that are using it for coursework
  • Conduct demonstrations on the equipment for each of the main 3D Art classes
