Assistance

  • As part of our commitment to providing efficient and effective technical support to all scholars, we ask that our staff members avoid spending extended periods of time with individual scholars. While we understand the importance of ensuring that each scholar has a full understanding of the technical issue at hand, it is important to keep in mind that other students may also be in need of assistance while the desk is vacant. Furthermore, we want to avoid any perception that our staff members are completing assignments or doing homework for scholars. We encourage our staff to use their best judgement when assessing the needs of each scholar and to prioritize their time accordingly to ensure that all students receive the attention and support, they require in a timely manner. Also, always feel comfortable with reaching out to a supervisor in this regard for assistance.
