A Note About "Unsupported" Software

Canva is not a libraries supported software as the libraries do not have licenses for it and it is not available on any of the library computers. The libraries also do not offer support for this software beyond this help guide.

About Canva

Canva logoThis web-based graphic-design tool was created in 2012 to aid individuals and companies in crafting graphics, posters, and more. It is a powerful tool with thousands of free images, icons, and more, and its drag-and-drop creation format makes it easy for users at all artistic skill levels to design impactful graphics.

Use this program if you need to:

  • Create social media images or text graphics
  • Design a presentation with dynamic layouts and images
  • Create event posters or invitations
  • Promote a group, event, or idea

This program is not intended for:

  • Major photo editing
  • Creation of vector or eps files
