The FSU Reading/Writing Center - Online offers reading and writing tutoring to distance learning students including those in the study abroad programs. Tutoring appointments can be made by completing the Appointment Request Form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to submit your request at least one week before your desired appointment time and be aware that it may take up to 2 business days to receive a response.

Florida State University defines plagiarism as "intentionally presenting the work of another as one's own (i.e., without proper acknowledgement of the source)." Typical examples that are stated in the FSU Academic Honor Policy include: using another's work from print, web, or other sources without acknowledging the source; quoting from a source without citation; using facts, figures, graphs, charts or information without acknowledgment of the source; and utilizing ghostwriting or pay-for-paper services.
