The Collection of the Art Library of The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art reflects the scope of The Ringling Museum's collections, exhibitions, and programming. This LibGuide represents the Library’s support of the Museum’s commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Seen from the perspective of art history and museum studies, the Library has thoughtfully collected research materials that provide resources about and by artists from diverse groups, and how these diverse groups have been represented in art, as well as museums’ approaches to bringing these works and accompanying programs to visitors.
