The Department of State Foreign Affairs Network (DOSFAN): The Department of State Foreign Affairs Network (DOSFAN) electronic research collection was transferred from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) to GPO concluding a successful 21 year partnership. UIC and GPO came to the mutual decision that the transfer of the site to GPO ensured the ongoing preservation of the content and continued public access.

The DOSFAN site provides access to electronically-archived information products produced by the U.S. Department of State from 1990 through 1997 and includes archived websites of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and the U.S. Information Agency.
