The USDA's SNAP-Ed (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education) is an evidence-based program that helps people lead healthy, active lives. Its SNAP Ed-Connection site provides helpful resources such as success stories, evaluation tools, and training materials for the SNAP-Ed Programs that implemented social marketing.
