Use the Touchpad to Control All Projector Functions
From the touchpad you can:
turn the projector on or off
select the input displayed on the screen
control the projector's whiteboard mode
You cannot:
adjust the speaker volume
adjust any of the projector's settings
focus the projector
Controlling the Projectors and Whiteboard
With the exception of the "Whiteboard" button, which toggles, the touchpad has separate buttons that control the on/off state of the functions it controls.

Turn on a projector by tapping its "Projector On" button. In room 107A, you have a choice among turning on the front, side, or both projectors. Power down a projector by tapping its "Projector Off" button.
The "Whiteboard" button provides a shortcut to the projector's digital whiteboard function. Please note that the digital whiteboard is not available on 107A's "Front Projector." The images below shows 107A's touchpad's states: all off (left), and all on.

Selecting Input Sources
The icons at the top of the touchpad's "Video Control" box represent the inputs available for display via the projector. To show a device's output, simply drag its icon into the appropriate box below it.
Please note that room 107A has two destinations, "Side Projector" and "Front Projector," each of which can display different inputs, but the room's speakers will amplify audio sent to the "Front Projector" only!
To display a input on a projector, drag the input's icon down into the projector area.All eyes on the instructor station!
Disconnecting or Changing an Input Source
Disconnect a source from a projector by dragging its icon out of the "Projector" (005A) or "Front Screen/Side Screen" (107A) box. You'll know you've succeeded when the projector's image goes black. However, there's no need to disconnect one input and then connect a different input if you'd like to switch among sources for a projector. Just drag the desired input icon onto the appropriate projector box.
