If you are not automatically directed to the login page, try the following steps:
- Ask scholar if they are using a VPN.
- Virtual Private Networks do not work on FSUGuest WiFi and having one active means that the login page won't automatically redirect AND the internet won't work
- If they are comfortable doing so, ask the scholar to disable their VPN
- Check or ask the scholar if they have a Firewall or security that might be blocking the connection
- If the Wi-Fi login page still doesn't automatically get loaded, one of these options "should" load the wireless registration page:
- If all of the above fails and a supervisor isn't present, give them the contact information to ITS (1-850-644-4357)
