- Any questions from scholars about fines on their account should be referred to Beverly Speight in Fines Management
- Not only can we not handle fee transactions at any of the scholar support desks, our system often gives inaccurate estimates of fines information (a fine will be charged to a scholar's account but nothing will show up in Alma, or the fine listed in Alma will be dramatically lower or greater than the actual fee)
- It is up to the discretion of Fines Management whether to refund a scholar's late fee and/or replacement fee or not
